We learned in August that the occupiers used manipulations to force parents to send their children «on vacation». In fact, the russians deported Ukrainian children from Izium, Kupiansk and some villages of Kharkiv oblast, including orphans from foster families. The children were sent to the gelendzhik under the pretext of «rehabilitation» and «care».
After 2 weeks, the children were supposed to be returned, but this did not happen. The management of the institution where our children were kept said blunt «no» to returning them.
Mothers of these children turned to us for help. For our team, this is not the first experience of such special operations to return children from russia.
We had to go through many difficulties, consultations and complicated processes, but we succeeded!
We learned that the russians told the children that they would be taken to orphanages in remote regions of russia, intimidated and humiliated them. The genocidal policy of the enemy country is also aimed at the adoption of our children, so it is extremely important for us to save every Ukrainian child.
And now the children are finally with their relatives!
This is an incredibly emotional moment for everyone, including our team. We will continue taking care of these children and mothers and do our best to return of all Ukrainian children home!
